I found my way into the world of fitness after a back injury put me out of action, I experienced first hand how the right path is of utmost importance. This led me to specialise in Pilates, strength work, cycle coaching, general fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
I now help people from all walks of life , all ages and at all levels from rehabilitation to top sports competitors but My Specialise in back pain and menopause.

As an enthusiastic, highly motivated health coach and personal trainer, I am committed to helping my clients take control of their fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.
I feel tremendous satisfaction supporting clients as we develop enjoyable and maintainable training plans together, that fit into their busy lives.
With a great many years of experience in health-coaching and training clients, my focus is directed towards teaching effective training techniques, building confidence, and developing time-efficient routines to achieve maximum results.
Through having a thorough understanding of each clients individual circumstances, including their health history, eating patterns, and training experience alongside their work and family commitments, I can create a bespoke training plan to fit their lifestyle.
I offer motivation and support, alongside practical and nutritional advice, as we work together towards both immediate goals and long-term maintenance.
As a parent with children to juggle alongside a busy career, I can totally relate to the complexities of finding time to schedule exercise into our full and sometimes complicated lifestyles.
Health and fitness have been a constant for me throughout my life; I balance the stresses of a busy veterinary career alongside my passion for fitness training.
In recent years I have enjoyed great success in fitness and bodybuilding competitions includingbecoming British UKBFF Masters Champion, BodyPower Masters Champion, English Grand Prix Champion, and have placed internationally at the Arnold Classic Europe, the European Championships, Amateur Olympia Europe and been invited to the World Championships.
My focus now is on my one-to-one clients, and helping to encourage them to make a change and take control of their health, nutrition and fitness, and ultimately their own happiness
I have over 10 years experience in health and fitness, during my experiences I have gained qualifications such as:
Gym instructor level 2
Personal trainer level 3
CrossFit level 1
I have also used a variety of different training methods such as:

Football
Physique/ bodybuilding
Strongman
Powerlifting
CrossFit
Using my experience I have also competed all over the country, both in teams and individually . I am
keen to use my experience and knowledge I have gained to help individuals start or progress their fitness journeys. I am always keen to learn new training methods and fitness ideologies.
