As with the Reformer, the Pilates tower was introduced byJoseph Pilates to add an extra dimension. It is an upright piece of equipment using springs and gravity for resistance and assistanc for upper and lower body.
The Pilates Chair was introduced by Joseoh Pilates may the lesser known piece of apparatus but soon becomes a firm favourite amongst users. Adding yet another dimension to the massive range of exercise repitoire and almost endless possibilities. With the added benefit of being chair based for rehabilitation for those less mobile.
